A Little Story
In 2001, Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo founded Nedcomoaks and later created the Victoria Crest Homes brand, which is committed to making many homeowners, and making affordable housing accessible in Lagos, one of fastest growing cities Worldwide today. He believed that luxury is for everyone and that a great home is a reward for success.
After two decades of working towards this dream and delivering thousands of homes; his innovative housing solutions is pushing the boundaries through ultra-modern, sustainable, and exquisitely comfortable homes for Nigerians. It is evident how much progress has been made towards reducing the housing deficit and setting the pace in the real estate development industry.
A young man's pain of losing his home at a very young age was transformed into providing homes for many with a focus on empowering the actualizations of dreams and aspirations. He has not only built homes but created communities to explore, connect, share, and make memories
As the Managing Director of Victoria Crest Homes, he is steady, strong, and dedicated to his vision of making sure that everyone everywhere has their own space they call “HOME”. He has received over 15 awards and recognition likewise the Victoria Crest Homes brand, and in 2020 he was recognized by Forbes Africa for Shaping Africa’s Development on Financing the Continent’s Infrastructure Deficit.
Through his creativity and innovation, Victoria Crest Homes has become one the most sought-after residential real estates in Lekki and is at the forefront of property developments in Nigeria's real estate sector for the last two decades, delivering thousands of exceptionally built homes to all and sundry.
